Returns and refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your skincare purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our returns policy below for details on how to return or exchange your products.

Faulty or damaged products

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, we will provide a full refund or replacement for any product that is defective or damaged during transit. Please email our customer support team at illustare@illustare.com with a photo of the damaged or faulty item and a description of the issue. We will resolve the matter promptly and offer you a replacement or refund. We ask that you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for faulty or damaged products.

Incorrect Items

If you’ve received an incorrect item in your order, please let us know as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund for the item and cover the return shipping costs. Contact us at illustare@illustare.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you with the return or exchange.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned product and it’s been inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless your item was faulty or incorrect.
