I am new to skin care, where do I start?

Welcome to the world of skincare! We recommend starting with a simple routine: cleanser, moisturiser, and sunscreen daily. A clay mask is a great weekly all face or spot treatment while serums can add extra benefits underneath a moisturiser such as extra hydration and nourishment during those winter months or if you have dry skin.

Are your products vegan?

Yes, all our products are 100% vegan. We are committed to using plant-based ingredients and never test on animals.

Do you test on animals?

No, we are proudly cruelty-free. None of our products or ingredients are tested on animals.

Do you offer samples?

Currently, we do not offer samples for individual products.

How long do the products last for?

Our product's shelf life varies depending on the product. Check the packaging for a best before period after the opening symbol. Always store skin care in a cool, dry place to maximise longevity.

ILLUSTARÉ products are proudly designed and manufactured in Australia. We use high-quality, locally sourced ingredients wherever possible.

Are your products pregnancy safe?

We understand how important it is to be cautious during pregnancy. While our products are formulated with gentle, skin-loving ingredients, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before using any new skincare products during pregnancy, especially if you have concerns about specific ingredients.

I have specific allergies. Can I still use your products?

If you have allergies or sensitive skin, we recommend reviewing our ingredient list for each product to ensure they’re safe for you personally. A patch test on a small area of skin for sensitive skin is always a good idea before applying a new product to your face. Alternatively, if you have specific allergies, you may want to consider consulting with a dermatologist what the best skin care is for you.
